What you type into Taskmorrow

You type reminders, tasks, notes, and check-ins in plain language. That text is stored in your browser so Taskmorrow can show it back to you later. We do not sell your data. We do not train models on your data without your explicit consent.

What is stored

  • Your tasks, reminders, notes, and lists
  • Your assistant settings (name, voice, mode)
  • Chat messages between you and the assistant
  • Run logs and proposed actions (local only)

Right now, everything lives in your browser's local storage. There is no cloud database syncing your data unless you explicitly connect an integration later.

AI features and data sharing

When AI features are enabled, Taskmorrow may send your task content to an AI provider (such as OpenAI) to classify tasks, draft preparations, or generate reminder language.

OpenAI API data may be retained up to 30 days for service and abuse monitoring unless covered by enterprise privacy agreements. Taskmorrow does not claim “zero retention” for AI provider data. If you need strict zero-retention, keep AI features disabled.

What is not connected yet

  • Calendar integrations (Google, Outlook, etc.)
  • Email sending
  • SMS or phone notifications
  • Cloud sync or backup servers
  • Third-party analytics

Do not store secrets here

Taskmorrow is not a password manager, secure vault, or medical record system. Do not enter passwords, full SSNs, payment card numbers, private medical records, or secrets. We try to detect and warn about sensitive input, but you are responsible for what you store.

How to request deletion

You can delete all your local data anytime from the Settings page. If you need additional help, email us at support@taskmorrow.com. Deletion is currently manual, but we will honor requests promptly.
